STUD SERVICE POLICY
*The stud fee for (--Insert dogs name here--) this breeding is $_____________ to be paid on/before the time the bitch arrives at the Stud Dog Owner's residence. ALL STUD FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any pick of the litter puppy picked by Stud Dog Owner in lieu of monetary stud fee will carry the Chestervilleaussieswv Kennel name unless an agreement has been made between both parties prior to the breeding taking place. Breeder agrees that no puppies in said litter will be "promised", kept or sold until Stud Dog Owner has made their pick. Breeder will forward Stud Dog Owner several close-up detailed pictures of the litter during different periods of growth from 3 wks of age up to 7 wks. The owner of the litter will show all puppies of said litter. *One or more live saleable colored puppies, constitutes a litter. *If the bitch does not whelp one or more live puppies, a return service will be given to the same bitch at her next season without an additional fee. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
*IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN
SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED.
Any other conditions/agreements will be noted and initialed by both parties on the back of this document. *We will not sign for the registration of lethal whites with AKC. It is preferred that puppies whose white markings exceed the 1/3rd limitation (but are not white), as stated by the American Kennel Club standard, be registered as LIMITED.
*The owner of the bitch
warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog
prior to her arrival and that he/she will protect her from
exposure upon her return home. A litter will not be signed and is not eligible for
AKC/NSDR Registration if the serviced bitch is serviced by a
second male during this heat cycle, nor is the owner of the
bitch entitled to a free repeat breeding.
Any amendments,
or additions to this contract will be detailed on the 3rd page
of this contract and will be initialed by both stud and bitch owner.
